The Role

As a Marketing Email Manager/Designer, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimising email campaigns to engage our audience, drive conversions, and enhance customer retention. You will work closely with our marketing team to craft visually compelling emails that align with our brand and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and build visually engaging, responsive email templates using HTML/CSS and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Wix, HubSpot).
• Develop and execute email marketing strategies to nurture leads, drive sales, and boost engagement.
• Write compelling subject lines and email copy that enhance open and click-through rates.
• Segment email lists and personalise campaigns for different audience groups.
• Analyse campaign performance, track key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions), and provide data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
• Ensure all emails comply with best practices for deliverability, accessibility, and GDPR/compliance standards.
• A/B test subject lines, design elements, and content to continuously improve email performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in email marketing and design (portfolio or examples of past campaigns preferred).
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Wix, HubSpot, etc.) and design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Strong understanding of email best practices, HTML/CSS for email, and deliverability optimisation.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft engaging subject lines and compelling copy.
• Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and campaign performance analysis.
• Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience with automation and customer journey workflows is a plus!
