What You'll Be Doing

* Providing classroom support to help pupils engage confidently with their learning

* Leading one-to-one and small group interventions where additional support is needed

* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and learning resources

* Encouraging pupils to develop independence, resilience and positive study habits

* Monitoring progress and offering feedback to teaching staff

* Helping create a positive, inclusive and well-organised learning environment

Ideal Graduate Teaching Assistant for Schools in Greenwich

* Hold a degree with a strong academic background, ideally a First or 2:1

* Demonstrate excellent GCSE and A Level results

* Show enthusiasm for working with children and supporting their development

* Experience working with young people is welcomed but not essential

* Possess excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude

* Be available to work full-time throughout the academic year from September
