A friendly and inclusive mainstream primary school in Newham is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join their Early Years Foundation Stage team from September 2026. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity, working within either the Nursery or Reception class, supporting children during the crucial early stages of their learning and development.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Early Years Practitioner, EYFS Teaching Assistant, or a graduate with an Early Childhood Studies or Early Years Education degree who is passionate about helping children develop the confidence, curiosity, and skills they need to flourish.
The RoleAs an Early Years Practitioner, you will work alongside the class teacher to deliver high-quality learning experiences that support every aspect of children's development. You will help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children are encouraged to learn through exploration, play, and meaningful interactions.
Working within either Nursery or Reception, you will support children's communication, language, literacy, numeracy, physical development, and personal, social, and emotional development while ensuring every child feels valued, supported, and ready to achieve their full potential.
