Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Key Stage 2 Full-Time September 2026 Start Aspire People Aspire People are currently working with a primary school looking to recruit an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Key Stage 2 from September 2026 .The school is looking for a confident and knowledgeable Teaching Assistant who can work independently, deliver high-quality interventions, and support pupils to achieve excellent academic progress.This is an exciting opportunity to join a welcoming school that values the contribution of experienced support staff. The Role: Supporting teaching and learning across KS2 classrooms Delivering focused intervention sessions in English and Maths Providing 1:1 and small-group academic support Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and assessment activities Encouraging independence, resilience, and confidence in pupils Helping maintain a positive and engaging learning environment The Successful Candidate Will: Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Have recent experience working within a UK primary school in the last 2 years Have strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum Be confident delivering intervention programmes independently Have excellent communication and organisational skills Be committed to raising pupil achievement Why Aspire People?
