Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Key Stage 1
Full-Time September 2026 Start Aspire People

Aspire People are recruiting on behalf of a supportive primary school looking to appoint an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work within Key Stage 1 from September 2026 .

The school is seeking someone with excellent curriculum knowledge who can confidently support whole-class learning, deliver interventions, and work alongside teachers to help pupils achieve their full potential.

The Role:
Supporting pupils across Year 1 and Year 2 classrooms
Delivering targeted Reading, Phonics, Writing, and Maths interventions
Providing 1:1 and small-group support where required
Helping to prepare engaging learning resources
Promoting positive behaviour and pupil engagement
Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff

The Ideal Candidate:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
Recent UK primary school experience within the last 2 years
Strong understanding of the KS1 National Curriculum
Experience delivering intervention programmes
Confident supporting pupils of varying abilities
Positive, organised, and proactive approach
