Pay: 95 - 140 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
Contract: Full-Time (term time only)

Clarence Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Leicester City that is looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (Level 2) for an immediate start.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students both inside and outside the classroom, working closely with teaching staff to ensure every learner is fully engaged and able to succeed.

• Support students across a range of subject areas and year groups
• Deliver focused intervention sessions to small groups and individual pupils
• Assist students with additional learning needs, helping them access the curriculum
• Encourage positive behaviour and promote engagement in lessons
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, pastoral teams, and parents where appropriate
• Provide classroom support that enables students to achieve their academic and personal goals

• A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous experience supporting children or young people within a school environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A patient, flexible, and proactive approach
• Confidence supporting learners with a variety of educational needs
• Good organisational skills and the ability to use your own initiative
• A genuine passion for education and supporting student achievement
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
