The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with the John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) to recruit enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to join our Bank Staff Pool across a number of Secondary Schools from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in education, experienced Cover Supervisors seeking flexible work, or graduates considering a future career in teaching.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff
• Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students remain engaged with their learning
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Provide a positive and productive learning environment
• Support students with their learning while maintaining high expectations
• Follow safeguarding and school procedures at all times

• Experience working with young people is desirable
• Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills
• Ability to manage behaviour effectively and professionally
• Adaptable, organised and reliable approach
• A genuine interest in supporting students and schools
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
