Salary: £15 £18 per hour, dependent on experience

As an Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 and 3), you'll have the opportunity to support children's development through engaging activities, imaginative play, outdoor exploration, creative learning and positive daily routines, all while gaining experience across a range of fantastic settings in Camden.

This role is perfect for practitioners who love building confidence, encouraging curiosity and helping children reach exciting developmental milestones. You'll become part of friendly nursery teams that value enthusiasm, teamwork and a genuine passion for Early Years education, with the flexibility to choose assignments that work around your lifestyle throughout Camden.

The successful Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 and 3) will have:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, wellbeing and development
• Experience or exposure within an EYFS or nursery environment (preferred but not essential)
• A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• A caring, patient, enthusiastic and positive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Paediatric First Aid (preferred but not essential)
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one (preferred but not essential)
• A flexible, reliable and proactive attitude
