What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in:

Conducting inspections throughout the manufacturing lifecycle

Investigating quality issues and implementing corrective actions

Managing quality documentation and ensuring full traceability

Working collaboratively with production and engineering teams to resolve non-conformances

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality and efficiency

Candidates should clearly demonstrate these experiences on their CV, providing examples of the manufacturing environments they've worked in, the products or projects they've supported, and measurable improvements they've helped deliver.

Why Apply?

Join a globally recognised engineering organisation delivering major rail infrastructure projects

Be part of a collaborative and supportive quality team

Work on technically complex, high-value manufacturing programmes

Gain exposure to industry-leading quality systems and processes

Excellent opportunities for professional development and career progression
