Key Capabilities & Skills

Employee Relations & Regulatory Compliance

Act as a trusted advisor to managers while ensuring alignment with Irish employment legislation and company policy. You will help maintain fair, consistent and legally compliant employee relations practices while balancing business needs and employee experience.

Consulting & Manager Coaching

Provide specialist guidance and practical solutions across a broad range of people challenges. The successful candidate will be confident coaching managers through sensitive and often complex situations, exercising sound judgement and influencing outcomes at all levels of the organisation.

Culture & Capability Enhancement

Support the development of an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture by strengthening leadership capability and partnering with stakeholders on strategic people initiatives that improve organisational effectiveness.

HR Programmes & Organisational Effectiveness

Contribute to the design, delivery and continuous improvement of HR programmes and initiatives that enhance organisational performance and employee engagement through data-driven insights and industry best practice.

Skills & experience

Essential

Strong Employee Relations experience.

Working knowledge of Irish Employment Law.

experience coaching managers through complex people matters.

Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.

Strong judgement and decision-making capability.

experience managing workplace investigations and sensitive employee issues.

Ability to independently assess and mitigate risk.

Strong written communication and documentation skills.

Preferred

experience within a large multinational or matrix organisation.

Previous experience in an HR Consulting, Employee Relations or HR Business Partner role.

experience supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives.

Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive outcomes in ambiguous situations.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years' experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, HR Consulting or related business programmes and processes

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years' experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, HR Consulting or related business programmes and processes;
