• Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities.
• Work with individual pupils and small groups.
• Encourage children's academic, social and emotional development.
• Help prepare learning resources and classroom displays.
• Promote positive behaviour throughout the school day.
• Assist with safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
