Kinetic Recruitment is supporting a global engineering company with the recruitment of Experienced Assembly Operatives. With over 70 years of industry expertise, our client is a world leader in engine-boosting turbo systems. Looking to expand their manufacturing team.

Working Hours 37 hours per week Mon to Thurs : 8:00am - 4:30pm Friday: 8:00am - 1:00pm
Based in Handforth/Cheadle area

What you will be doing
Assembling and disassembling turbochargers to high quality standards.
Rotating across different production areas to broaden your skills and experience.
Using hand tools and following technical drawings and work instructions.
Carrying out quality checks throughout the assembly process.
Recording production data accurately and working to production targets.
Working safely and collaboratively as part of a supportive production team.

What we are looking for:
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is beneficial, but we'll also consider candidates with
transferable production experience.
Experience using hand tools such as drills and screwdrivers.
Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Ability to work well within a team and meet production targets.
Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual handling duties.
Strong awareness of health and safety.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
