ANZUK Education is partnering with a highly regarded, welcoming school in Loughton to find a dedicated Learning Support Assistant. This full-time position starts in June 2026 and offers a stable placement through to the end of the term, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, targeted interventions to support pupils with diverse learning needs.
• Maintain an engaging, safe, and stimulating space for all learners.
• Hold high expectations for pupil attainment, tracking, and positive behaviour management.
• Support pupils' academic, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Partner closely with class teachers, families, and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo).

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold relevant qualifications or possess strong experience supporting pupils in an educational setting.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of additional needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, or speech and language challenges).
• Be ready to start immediately and commit fully to the entire term.
• Demonstrate a strict commitment to child safety, safeguarding, and welfare.
• Work collaboratively within a close-knit team and engage well with parents.
