Your Role as a Cover Supervisor

• Deliver pre-set lessons and maintain a productive classroom environment.
• Manage student behavior in line with school policies.
• Support learning across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Quickly establish rapport with staff and students alike.

What We re Looking For

• UK experience as a Cover Supervisor or within a school setting.
• Confident communication and classroom management skills.
• GCSEs in English & Maths (minimum).
• Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
