Your Role in the Classroom

No two days are quite the same, but your positive impact will be constant. You will:

• Nurture & Support: Provide bright, energetic classroom support alongside the class teacher, keeping pupils engaged and motivated.
• Deliver 1-to-1 Care: Work closely with individual children who need a little extra guidance, helping them build confidence at their own pace.
• Create Safe Spaces: Use your knowledge of safeguarding to ensure our classrooms remain happy, secure, and positive environments.

What You'll Bring to the Team

We are looking for kind-hearted professionals who genuinely love working with children. To be successful, you should have:

• A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within a school environment.
• A solid understanding of safeguarding procedures (keeping children safe is at the heart of everything we do).
• An Enhanced DBS check (or the willingness to apply for one through us).
• A patient, adaptable nature and a great sense of team spirit!
