Level 2 Teaching Assistant - Primary School South Liverpool September Start
Aspire People are recruiting for an experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in South Liverpool from September.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential. You'll work closely with the class teacher to deliver high-quality classroom support, lead targeted interventions, and help create a positive and engaging learning environment.

The Role
Support teaching and learning across the classroom alongside the class teacher
Deliver small-group interventions in Maths, English, Reading and Phonics
Provide tailored support for pupils with a range of learning needs and abilities
Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil engagement
Support assessment activities and monitor pupil progress
The Ideal Candidate
Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Has recent experience working in a UK primary school within the last two years
Has a good understanding of the primary curriculum
Has experience delivering intervention programmes
Is proactive, reliable and committed to supporting children's learning
Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
