Salary: £14.25- £17 per hour
Hours: Flexible Hours between 8am - 6pm
Contract: Flexible Bank Staff

We're looking for caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Bank Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly team. As a bank staff member, you'll play a vital role in supporting our nursery whenever extra help is needed, creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children can learn, play, and thrive.

• Supporting children in their learning, development, and daily routines.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Helping to create fun, engaging activities that encourage curiosity and confidence.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Working as part of a supportive and passionate nursery team.

• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• A positive, friendly, and caring attitude.
• Reliability and flexibility to cover shifts when needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A relevant childcare qualification is desirable (Level 2 or Level 3), but we also welcome applications from experienced unqualified practitioners, students, or those currently working towards a childcare qualification.
