What You'll Do: As our Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and supporting our property management operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and maintaining financial statements
• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Conducting bank reconciliations
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
• Collaborating with team members to streamline processes
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards

What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the property sector
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
