Mechanical Site Manager
Mechanical Site Manager – Retail Fit Out
Woking
An experienced Site Manager is required to lead the delivery of a retail refurbishment project for a leading M&E contractor.
The project starts 24th August and runs for approximately 8 weeks.
Responsibilities
* Managing day-to-day site activities
* Coordinating subcontractors and programme
* Maintaining Health & Safety standards
* Liaising with the main contractor and Project Manager
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
* Supporting commissioning, completion and handover
Requirements
* Proven Site Manager experience on retail refurbishment or fit-out projects
* Ability to manage live construction environments
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* SMSTS
* CSCS
* First Aid at Work
Previous supermarket or retail refurbishment experience would be advantageous but is not essential
