Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
£230 per day - Ongoing Work
08:00 - 16:00
Various Locations in East & Central London

1st Step Solutions are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer who would be interested in working for an M&E Contractor with live hotel projects across Central and East London.

Your responsibilities will include:

• A mix of planned & reactive maintenance
• FCU maintenance
• AHU maintenance
• General mechanical works
• Possible opportunity to be added to the call out rota (additional pay)
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with current regulations

Skills and Experience Required:

• CSCS Card desirable
• Plumbing / Heating / Building Services Engineering Level 2 or 3
• IPAF / PASMA desirable
• Must be willing to work on multiple projects
