Looking for a secure, full-time role with a global industry leader?

We are recruiting for 10 General Operators (Manual Packing) to join a world-class manufacturing team in Swindon on a 6-month contract with an immediate start.

• Great Pay: £13.86/hr (AWD/AWR Salary Equivalent of £25,896)

• Massive Shift Premium: Plus a 22% shift allowance!

• Predictable Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (alternating weekly between 07:00 - 15:00 and 15:00 - 23:00)

• Fast-Track Process: Single-stage 30-45 minute onsite interview

• Equipment: Full PPE provided onsite

Working in a regulated cleanroom environment, you will play a crucial role in supporting manual packing operations.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Manually packing product-filled vials according to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Assisting with materials handling and transferring components into the packing area.

• Completing end-of-line packaging, labeling, and in-process weight checks.

• Carrying out cleaning and routine maintenance of packing areas and equipment to cGMP standards.

• Logging and completing production documentation accurately.

• Basic Qualifications: GCSE-level Mathematics and English

• Key Strengths: Strong attention to detail, a self-driven attitude, and the ability to maintain high concentration levels over extended periods

• Preferred Experience: Past experience working within pharmaceutical, food, or other highly regulated production environments

• Core Understanding: A basic awareness of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), GDP, or Data Integrity is highly desirable
