Site Agent

• Swansea, South Wales
• Power Station Project
• £400 - £500 Per Day, Outside IR35
• 8-10 Week Contract
• CSCS and SMSTS Required

The Role

As Site Agent, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day execution of civil engineering activities, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring project objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating all site activities
• Leading site teams and subcontractors
• Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality requirements
• Maintaining compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
• Managing site documentation, permits, and reporting
• Liaising with the client, engineers, and project stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects
• Strong knowledge across all aspects of civils works, including:
  • Earthworks
  • Drainage
  • Reinforced Concrete structures
  • Foundations
  • Utilities
  • Roads and infrastructure
• Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• CSCS Card (essential)
• SMSTS (essential)
