Appointment Setter- Hybrid RoleBased- SolihullHours- 25 hours per week Salary- £12.71 with bonus incentives for over achieving Temp-PermAbout the role:Our client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Outbound Appointment Setter to join the team. In this role, you'll contact warm leads who have previously expressed an interest in hearing care, building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and booking appointments for free hearing assessments.Key Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads by telephone to discuss their hearing care enquiries.
• Build trust and rapport quickly to create positive customer experiences.
• Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
• Confidently overcome objections and encourage customers to book a free hearing assessment.
• Accurately record all customer interactions using CRM systems.
• Meet agreed productivity, quality and compliance standards.
• Deliver professional, empathetic customer service on every call.
• Manage your workload effectively while working independently from home.

• Make around 40-50 quality outbound calls per hour.
• Book an average of 2 appointments per hour.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and accurate CRM records.
• Consistently achieve agreed productivity, quality and attendance targets.

• Previous experience working from home.
• Appointment-setting experience.
• Contact centre experience within a performance-driven environment.
• Experience speaking with older customers or working within a healthcare setting.

• Resilient and motivated, even when faced with rejection.
• Comfortable working in a target-focused environment.
• Empathetic, patient and professional, particularly when speaking with older customers.
• Calm under pressure and open to feedback and coaching.
• Accountable for their own performance and committed to continuous improvement.
