We're recruiting Cover Supervisors to support busy secondary schools across Tonbridge. You'll step into the classroom when teachers are absent, ensuring lessons continue smoothly while maintaining high expectations for behaviour and engagement.

Whether you're looking for regular work or occasional days around other commitments, we'd love to hear from you.

Key duties:

• Supervise classes across different year groups and subjects.
• Deliver pre-planned lesson materials.
• Maintain classroom discipline in line with school policies.
• Provide feedback following each lesson.

Ideal applicants will have:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Confidence managing groups of students.
• Previous experience in education or youth settings (preferred but not essential).
• A positive, adaptable attitude.
