As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing the digital strategy, optimising customer experiences, and enhancing brand visibility. Here's what you'll be doing:
Collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales teams and key stakeholders to drive cohesive digital campaigns and share new initiatives.
Strategising and executing a result-oriented SEO plan, focusing on on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to enhance the company's online presence and SERP rankings.
Leveraging your digital prowess to increase web traffic and optimise campaign performance, driving digital growth and conversions.
Nurturing strong relationships with the Sales team to ensure seamless alignment between Marketing and Sales efforts.
Working closely with a digital agency to maintain and enhance the company's digital offerings, keeping them at the forefront of innovation.
Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on the Marketing and Sales CRM Pipeline for all channels, optimising ROI on digital campaigns.
Creating engaging email campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team, targeting a wide and relevant audience.
Managing and optimising social media and Google AdWords campaigns, providing insightful performance reports.
Introducing fresh and innovative concepts across multiple social media channels, sharing informative and useful guides with the audience.
The skills and experience you'll bring to the team:
You'll be an experienced Digital Marketing professional either at Executive or Manager level.
You'll have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing plans across multiple digital channels.
You'll possess expertise in digital marketing and CRM, preferably with experience using HubSpot to optimise customer experience funnels and landing pages.
Familiarity with marketing and web analytics tools such as Google Ads and GA4 would be advantageous.
You'll possess strong organisational and planning skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
