Concept Resourcing are currently looking to recruit an IT Helpdesk Engineer commutable to Larne, Northern Ireland. Contract will start ASAP and will be for circa 3 months in duration, This requirement is to provide onsite support. Package information: 9:00am - 17:00pm* £150 per day payable via umbrella (inside IR35) Monday - Friday work throughout duration of assignmentThe Role: Setting up workstations - installation and decommission of IT Hardware Supporting Asset and Stock control A mixture of build and re imaging of new and existing hardware devices Back up and transfer of existing user data Handover of devices once configuration and build has been completed Perform basic kit checks Provide end user/ floorwalking supportThe Candidate: MUST have a minimum of 1-2 years' employment experience within an IT deployment role and be able to: Support client systems, service and deploy computer equipment. Be confident with utilizing data and settings migration, imaging, application installation, and technologies. Provide the client with high levels of customer service and have a proven background in doing so.This contract has been deemed and inside IR35 role, therefore you will need to be paid via umbrella company.
