Job Description:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant specializing in Challenging Behaviours, you will be at the forefront of supporting students facing unique obstacles. Drawing upon your strength and determination, you will work closely with the SENCO and classroom teachers to implement strategies that empower boys to overcome challenges and succeed. Your role will involve providing targeted support, building positive relationships, and promoting a culture of resilience and self-belief.
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in working with boys with challenging behaviours.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with young children.
• Resilience and adaptability in managing difficult situations.
• Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs (SEN) are advantageous.
