Full Time Maths Cover Supervisor

A well-respected secondary school in Northampton is seeking an experienced Maths Cover Supervisor to join their team full-time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong classroom experience who enjoys working with young people and wants to play a key role within a supportive and ambitious school environment.

This is far more than a "stand at the front and supervise" role. The school is looking for someone who can build rapport quickly, maintain high expectations, and support students in making real progress within Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4.

• Have previous experience covering Maths lessons in a secondary setting
• Be confident managing classrooms independently
• Have strong behaviour management and communication skills

• Be adaptable, reliable, and able to build positive relationships quickly

This role would suit an experienced Cover Supervisor, HLTA, unqualified teacher, or someone with strong secondary classroom experience looking to take the next step.
