Description

Manage and monitor both short-term and long-term employee absence cases, including complex long-term sickness matters

Provide guidance and support to the People Administration team on escalated and complex employee issues

Ensure consistent implementation and administration of employee policies and procedures across the organisation

Contribute to the delivery of an efficient, high-performing People Service function

Support the Senior People Manager in driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the wider People Strategy

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering an excellent employee experience

Provide end-to-end management of employee relations cases, ensuring timely and effective resolutionProfile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.

Experience within the property industry or a similar sector.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.

Ability to commute to Bolton.Job Offer
