Applications Support Analyst
Location: Sheffield area - S1
Hybrid work pattern - up to 2 days per week on site
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 plus benefits
An Applications Support Analyst is required by a growing business with multiple sites across the UK, providing specialist advisory services. This is a key role within the business, supporting business-critical systems, including Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform technologies such as PowerApps and Power BI.
Application Support Analyst Skills Profile
Knowledge or experience of Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneDrive.
Experience or knowledge of supporting users with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Exposure to, or experience with, PowerApps and Power BI.
Previous experience supporting business applications across operations, supply chain, or finance.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Customer-focused mindset with clear and confident communication skills.
Application Support Analyst Role Profile
Provide 1st and 2nd line application support to end users.
Support users with Microsoft 365 tools and Dynamics Business Central.
Troubleshoot issues.
Maintain and support documentation.
Support and enhance the Power Platform by designing PowerApps solutions to meet business needs.
Maintain dashboards and collaborate with internal teams to identify automation opportunities using relevant tools.
This role will suit someone already working in an Applications Support role and working closely with users. Training can be provided on Dynamics Business Central.
Please note that there will be a requirement to travel to other sites.
