Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised HR Policy Consultant to lead the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures for a local government client in the West Midlands, with a focus on creating guidance documents for line managers.-Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are easily accessible, well communicated, and up to date. Collaborate with the existing HR team to co-develop updated documents and ensure compliance with the Co-Pilot environment for digital guidance, enhancing managers' experience with performance management, absence management, and objective setting.
