As a Lead Studio Engineer you will:

Lead and manage studio engineering projects, ensuring delivery meets high-quality standards and timelines.

Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to translate creative concepts into feasible technical solutions.

Provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure the seamless integration of design and engineering requirements.

Oversee the development and implementation of innovative solutions, driving excellence at every stage.

Deliver effective design solutions for interior trim, focusing on seating systems, kinematics and mechanisms. 

Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes and contribute to the company's reputation for excellence.

The Lead Studio Engineer will bring:

Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive or related industry.

Detailed knowledge of automotive seating systems to include, frame, mechanisms, kinematics and comfort is essential. 

Experience in using CAD (Catia Essential) as this is a heavily design focused role. 

Strong leadership and project management skills with a track record of successful delivery.

Exceptional ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and drive results.

A creative and solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for innovation.
