Our client is looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Call Handler to join their team on a temporary basis to support with a backlog of customer records and enquiries.
This role involves making outbound calls to individuals, gathering and updating information, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a professional telephone manner.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration skills who is looking for an immediate start in a busy and supportive environment.
