Location: Hybrid Working (2 Days Per Week in the Office) Rate: 19.32 per hour PAYE Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Contract: Until 31 October 2026, with potential to become permanent
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy Human Resources team on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional with local government experience to provide expert advice and support across a wide range of employee relations and organisational change matters.

Requirements
Previous HR Advisor experience within a local authority or public sector environment. Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice. Experience managing a broad range of employee relations casework. Experience supporting organisational change programmes and restructures. Ability to influence, challenge and coach managers effectively. Strong analytical skills with experience using HR data and management information. Understanding of Trade Union engagement and consultation processes. Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills. CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD Level 5 would be advantageous.What's on Offer
