We are seeking an experienced Business Change Lead to support the delivery of a strategic programme focused on improving early planning, procurement, and supply chain readiness across a portfolio of major infrastructure projects.
Operating within a complex and highly regulated environment, the programme is designed to strengthen the organisation's ability to secure critical supplier capacity and resources earlier in the project lifecycle, reducing delivery risk and improving programme certainty.
This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who can rapidly establish and execute a practical change approach, driving stakeholder engagement, communications, benefits realisation, and business adoption.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop and deliver the programme change strategy and change delivery plan.
Design and implement a benefits realisation framework, including KPIs and success measures.
Conduct change impact assessments and business readiness activities.
Develop and deliver the communications and engagement strategy.
Build strong relationships with sponsors, business leaders, and operational teams.
Identify and manage change risks, resistance, and dependencies.
Track adoption, engagement, and benefits outcomes.
Support the transition of change activities and benefits ownership into BAU teams.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience delivering business change within large-scale transformation or strategic programmes.
Strong experience in benefits realisation and value tracking.
Demonstrable success delivering stakeholder engagement and communications strategies.
Experience working within complex, regulated, or asset-intensive environments.
Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, including engagement at senior leadership level.
Ability to operate at pace and deliver tangible outcomes in evolving programme environments.
Desirable Experience
Energy, utilities, infrastructure, engineering, transportation, or other regulated sectors.
Procurement, supply chain, operational transformation, or capital investment programmes.
Change management qualifications such as Prosci or APMG.
