HLTA - Part-Time Long-Term Role - Outskirts of Lincoln
Location: Lincoln
Pay: 100 - 120 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Part-Time, Long-Term (1 year contract)
Hours: 8:30am - 12:30pm, 5 mornings per week

Are you an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a rewarding part-time role within a supportive primary school environment? We are working with a welcoming school on the outskirts of Lincoln seeking a dedicated HLTA to join their team from September. This role is for a period of 1 year with a possibility of renewal.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled HLTA looking for consistent morning work, with the chance to make a impact across a variety of year groups while covering classes.

• Delivering pre-planned lessons to whole classes across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Covering classes during teacher absence, PPA time, and meetings
• Supporting pupils' learning, engagement, and classroom behaviour
• Working closely with teaching staff to maintain continuity in learning
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

• HLTA qualification or relevant classroom experience
• Confident delivering lessons across different year groups
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Reliable, professional, and proactive approach
