Key Responsibilities
• Building and managing your own client and candidate network.
• Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.
• Working closely with clients to understand their needs.
• Sourcing and qualifying top-tier talent.
• Negotiating offers and closing placements.
• Developing your niche within high-growth, high-demand markets.

Skills and Experience
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Sales or recruitment experience a plus (but not essential).
