Job Overview:
This school caters for students aged 11-16.
Full-time, Monday - Friday, Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant role.
Support students in Mathematics lessons across KS3-KS4.
Deliver targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions to raise attainment.
Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging Maths lessons.
Help students develop confidence, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude towards Mathematics.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with the Maths department and wider school team.
Contribute to intervention programmes and enrichment opportunities.

What we're looking for:
A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to engage, motivate, and support learners of varying abilities.
Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach.
Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
