Aspiring Teacher Teaching Assistant

Salary: £92.59 - £115 per day

Start Date: September 2026

Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire

Have you recently graduated and wanting to gain paid experience working in a school? Or are you currently studying and looking for full-time (School hours), work experience in your local schools?

GSL Education are seeking to employ an Aspiring Teacher to work in a lovely secondary school based in Lincoln starting in September 2026.

You will gain paid experience in the following roles:

• General Teaching Assistant
• 1:1 Teaching Assistant
• Cover Supervisor Aspiring Teacher
• Special Needs Teaching Assistant
• Behaviour Mentor
• Exam Invigilator

To be successful you are required to have:

• Hold a degree at 2:2 classification or higher or currently studying at university
• Have a genuine desire and passion to work in the education sector
• Be a flexible, dynamic, and nurturing practitioner
• Be able to use humour as a way of engaging young people
• Be available at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only
