Skills and Experience
• Looking to develop your analytical skills while making a meaningful impact across two leading London councils?
• Focussing on the health and social care integration agenda, you will need to make sense of lots of data and information to provide quality performance analysis for key programmes and projects in this area. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your skills in areas such as forecasting, demand and capacity modelling and working with analytical tools such as business intelligence platform. You will be confident in writing informative analytical reports tailored to a wide and varied audience.
• Demonstrate curiosity and apply analytical skills when solving problems with performance data.
• Be able to summarise and present information and conclusions in the most appropriate format for a varied audience.
• Have an eye for detail, be inquisitive, and be able to tell a story with information.
• Have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Be highly numerate with skills in analysis, interpretation of complex datasets and report writing.
• Have very strong IT skills (spreadsheet software, document-processing software, presentation software, and business intelligence platform).
• Be a proactive self-starter with the ability to use your own initiative.

Role Overview
Richmond and Wandsworth Councils' Adult Social Care and Public Health department are offering a fixed-term opportunity for a Performance Analyst to join the Health and Care Integration Team.
You will be working with a high performing, and supportive, Adults Performance Team; committed to assisting the Adult Social Care and Public Health Directorate to ""Deliver the best for residents"".
In this role you will be required to.
• Demonstrate impact of adult social care on hospital discharge demand through regular reporting.
• Evidence impact of Council services such as reablement and the provision of community equipment, working with other Council departments such as housing.
• Extract, collate and summarise information and develop analytical reports and performance dashboards.
• Be a forward-thinking individual with a positive 'can do' attitude.
• Data science apprenticeships for suitable and motivated candidates.
• A very positive and supportive environment to work in.
• Flexible remote working arrangements. However, some office working is expected in line with service needs.
