Role Overview
• Working closely with the rest of the risk & compliance team, you will help the organisation build a best-in-class risk & compliance program. You will be involved in, but not limited to, these duties.
• Preparing briefing papers and documentation for governance forums and committees.
• A personal interest in finance, law, regulation or risk management.
• Highly numerate, analytical and financially literate.
• Fluency in English.
Key Responsibilities
• Reviewing and approving customer-facing communications and financial promotions across a range of products and channels.
• Supporting the Customer Care team with high-risk and sensitive complaints, including those involving potentially vulnerable customers.
• Supporting delivery of compliance input into projects, product changes, and new customer journeys.
• Responding to business-wide compliance queries with timely, clear, and practical guidance.
• Assisting with thematic reviews and other deep-dive activity as needed.
