Key Responsibilities:
* Cleaning and sanitising bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas.
* Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
* Changing bed linen and making beds.
* Replenishing supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products.
* Emptying bins and disposing of waste safely.
* Reporting maintenance issues or hazards to the appropriate department.
* Following infection control, health and safety, and hygiene procedures.
* Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly.
* Ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
Skills and Requirements:
* Good attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good time management and organisational skills.
* Understanding of health, safety, and infection control procedures.
* Reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking.
* Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not always essential.
