This role is perfect for a qualified HLTA with a proven track record, or an ECT looking to develop their classroom management skills across multiple key stages.

• PPA Cover: Confidently delivering pre-planned lessons during teachers' Planning, Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) time.

• Cross-Year Group Experience: Working across different year groups, providing a brilliant opportunity to see variety and find your preferred key stage.

• Classroom Leadership: Leading classes independently, managing behaviour effectively, and supporting student progress.

• A certified HLTA OR an ECT wanting practical, hands-on teaching experience.

• Someone with direct experience delivering PPA cover or leading whole classes.

• An adaptable, passionate professional ready to commit to a long-term school placement.
