We work directly with chefs who can step in, hold a section, and add value from day one.

Pay (Chef de Partie):
  • £18.49 per hour (inc. holiday pay)
  • £21.10 per hour (self-employed UTR required)
  • Paid weekly
  • Tips paid where applicable (TRONC included, where clients operate one)
The work:
  • High-quality agency shifts across events, restaurants, hotels and venues
  • Control over your schedule - choose the shifts you want
  • Opportunities for ongoing work, live-in positions, and permanent placement
What we re looking for:
  • Confident Chef de Partie (or above) with solid service experience
  • Able to run a section and integrate quickly into new teams
  • Professional, reliable, and standards-driven
Requirements:
  • Food safety certification (or willingness to update)
  • Own knives and chef whites
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Driving licence useful but not essential
