Hub Labeling Manager (Multilingual)

Type: Temporary
Duration: 12 months initially
Location: Tadworth, Surrey (Hybrid - minimum 2.5 days onsite)
Rate: (INSIDE IR35)
- up to 20.90 per hour (PAYE)

SRG are seeking a detail-oriented Hub Labeling Manager to support regulatory labeling activities across multiple markets with a leading pharmaceutical company. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to compliance, digital innovation, and cross-functional collaboration within a global regulatory environment.

Fluency in English, French, and German is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain regulatory labeling documents (LPDs, LLDs, PLDs) in line with internal procedures and external requirements.
• Develop and compile submission-ready labeling documentation, including annotated labels, change histories, and comparison tables.
• Manage labeling systems and workflows, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
• Perform quality control (QC) reviews of labeling outputs to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regulatory expertise to support submissions and responses to regulatory authorities.
• Contribute to process improvements, digital initiatives, and the adoption of new tools and technologies for labeling activities.

Skills & Experience Required

• Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in English, French, and German (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong understanding of regulatory labeling principles and applicable local/global guidelines.
• Experience working with structured data and systems (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, document management tools).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across international teams and quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
