Top Tier Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Night Planner to join a busy transport and logistics operation based in Iver.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with planning or logistics experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and coordinating drivers, workloads, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and coordinating daily transport operations
Monitoring driver locations and vehicle movements
Managing reactive work requests and schedule changes
Liaising with drivers, customers, and internal teams
Updating planning systems and maintaining accurate records
Monitoring service levels and escalating issues where required
Managing shared inboxes and responding to customer enquiries
Recording delays, downtime, and operational updates
Ensuring all planning information is accurate and up to date

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a planning, logistics, or transport role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload effectively
Strong attention to detail
