Temporary Accounts Payable Administrator

We're looking for a Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant for 4 - 6 weeks to support a busy finance team with a supplier reconciliation project. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on finance experience within a large, fast-paced business.

You'll play a key role in helping the finance team bring supplier accounts up to date by:

• Reconciling supplier statements against the purchase ledger
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies and outstanding items
• Matching invoices to statements and identifying missing documentation
• Liaising with operational teams to resolve invoice, pricing and purchase order queries
• Maintaining accurate records of queries and resolutions
• Supporting month-end activities and AP reporting requirements
• Escalating aged balances and unmatched transactions where required
