This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and want to make a real difference in the classroom, supporting pupils' learning in the absence of their regular teacher.The role involves delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring pupils remain engaged and on task. You will be stepping into busy school settings, so the ability to remain calm, organised and proactive is essential.About the roleAs a Cover Supervisor, you will:Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a variety of subjectsManage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a positive and focused learning environmentProvide 1:1 support for pupils with SEND needs where requiredWork collaboratively with teaching and support staffAdapt quickly to different school environments and year groupsSupport learning continuity during staff absenceWhat we are looking forWe are looking for candidates who bring professionalism, resilience and a genuine interest in education.
