Key responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum

Plan, prepare and assess pupils' work in line with school expectations

Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND pupils

Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment

Demonstrate strong behaviour management skillsRequirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential

Strong planning and teaching abilities

Strong understanding of SEND and inclusive practice

Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
