• Catering Assistants
• Catering Supervisors

Key Responsibilities of a School Catering Assistant:

• Assisting with the preparation of food and beverages
• Serving meals to students and staff in a safe and friendly manner
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas
• Washing up and ensuring all equipment is cleaned and stored correctly
• Supporting the catering team with stock rotation and storage
• Following food safety and health & safety regulations at all times
• Helping to set up and clear the dining hall before and after service
